To deliver web properties that reconstruct deterministically — and to push every lesson learned back into reusable scaffolds, so the next property starts a step further along than the last.
Concretely:
- Code-as-truth, content-as-CSV. No "look in the database for the real value." The repository is the canonical source for both schema and content.
- Pop-up-book reproducibility. A fresh DB boots a fully-populated identical site via a single recipe apply — no manual admin clicks, no follow-up Drush commands, no "and then you also have to…"
- Skeletons that retrofit forward. When a project hits a battle-scar worth keeping — a dependency bump, a deploy ergonomics improvement, a config tweak — the lesson propagates back into the skeleton scaffold in the same session. Future projects start where the last one ended.
- AI as a first-class collaborator. Claude integrates into every property we ship — translation, content drafting, semantic search, editorial automation. Not as a bolt-on widget; as a peer in the stack.
- One studio, narrow surface. We don't take every contract. We take the ones where the constraints fit what we build: Drupal 11, Commerce 3, multilingual, reproducibility-mandatory, AI-augmented.
